Create pages and experiment. When you like the way a page looks, please add new forms here -- just add a form to the list above following the examples, save this page and follow your new form's link to edit/create the new form.
- Make forms subpages of the Form page by naming them as follows: Form/Your_form's_title
[edit] New page pre-fill button
The edit field for a new empty page includes some form buttons, above the edit field, for pre-filling the new page with a form for convenience when starting a new page such as a lesson plan. Admins control which form buttons show there by editing MediaWiki:Newarticletext -- contact an Admin to suggest form button, or comment on MediaWiki_talk:Newarticletext.
