- As a foreigner, it is only legal to work in China if you have a work permit. To be eligible for a work permit and resident visa in Joys Children's Language School, you must:
- be a native English speaker from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, the United Kingdom, or the United States.
- have a four-year bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- have 2 years working experience after graduation.
- sign a one-year contract with Joy.
- pass a medical examination.

- Teaching hours
- 30 hours per week and at least one day off every week
- Housing
- Paid accidental insurance and free accommodation upon arrival till the end of contract.
- Pay rate
- 6000-10000 RMB/month
