Plural s in page name
From Wikigogy
Plural "s" is harmful in Page names, Category names and Keywords because,
- links in Wiki markup can have s optionally added on the outside without breaking the link. Example: [[Resource]] and [[Resource]]s both work but would be incompatible with [[Resources]]
- it makes the word longer than necessary
- Wikigogy already avoids plural s in page names, category names and keywords; users will get used to this and expect it; thus using plural s would introduce inconsistency to the site interface which is not good
Plural s should be omitted from page names, category names and keywords on Wikigogy whenever practicable, for consistent user interface.
It may feel odd at first but omitting plural "s" is almost always the right choice for Wikigogy in the long run.
There are exceptions. This is a general rule not an imperative.
[edit] Redirect
It is okay to create a redirect page from for example Resources to Resource. To do so you would put the following Wiki markup on the page named Resources:
#redirect [[Resource]]
