Our TEFLChina email list rules, and our purpose as a professional network, require posts clearly show Full Name of author as follows:

Either (a) Posts must be signed with your First and Last name,

or (b) You may sign just your First name if your First and Last names show clearly in your email's From header.

For members who prefer b, above -- help setting your From header to display your Full Name:

Posts sent via your email program will use it's preferences. So if you post via an email account, such as your ISP or Webmail (even Yahoo Webmail) put your Full Name into its preferences so that it shows in your email From header.

[edit] Yahoogroups Website interface

On the other hand, posts sent via Yahoogroups Website interface will use your *Yahoo ID profile* (not your email account options and not even your Yahoo Mail account options) in creating your post's From header. So if you post via the Yahoogroups Web interface, put your Full Name into your Yahoo ID profile:

1. Login to Yahoo.com
2. Then go to your Yahoo ID Profile page by typing this into your browser's location bar: http://profiles.yahoo.com/your_yahoo_id
   • but replace 'your_yahoo_id' with your Yahoo ID
   • and note the plural 's' on profiles.yahoo.com
3. Click on _Edit Profile Information_
4. Enter your Real Name (First and Last name) and Click on [Save Changes] button (at bottom of page).
