It has been a long time since I have done this activity. Actually I first did it as a student in a course for teachers I took many years ago. I then applied it a few times and had good results. Actually doing it can be a bit challenging for some, so I would not recommend it for low beginners. I usually let my students make teams with whomever they feel more comfortable working. For this activity, though, you might want to rearrange some students. Try to have one strong student in every team.

Wow! Thanks Roger. You did a great job :) I loved your idea about flipping the consonants. Honestly, I had never thought of it. I will use this activity next semester.
